In collaboration with Gulf Health Council, the Global Health Forum came to an end. It is considered the leading healthcare platform in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, enabling global market interaction and communication with leaders and officials in the healthcare sector. The event took place from October 29th to 31st, 2023, at the Roshan Plaza in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Riyadh. More than 20,000 specialists in this field from all over the world, along with over 500 Saudi and international exhibiting companies, highlighted the latest developments in healthcare services, pharmaceuticals, training, education, and medical device technologies.
Through the launch of the World Health Forum, companies were given a fantastic opportunity to promote their products and services to a new audience of customers, as it is the largest and fastest-growing healthcare market in the region.
The exhibition also attracted global leaders and experts in the healthcare sector to exchange knowledge and experiences. As part of this three-day event, the forum also featured a multi-disciplinary conference aimed at establishing global healthcare practices and standards for the Kingdom. The conference specifically focused on healthcare development, financing, healthcare investment, technology and innovation, public health, and e-health.
It is worth mentioning that the Health Council of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries is keen on participating in such international and regional meetings to engage with global experiences, coordinate and enhance cooperation with Arab and international organizations working in the healthcare field. It aims to define various health and scientific concepts, prioritize them, establish and implement joint programs in council countries, evaluate current systems and strategies in the healthcare field, support successful experiences, and benefit from them in the member states.
