On Tuesday, September 27, 2022, His Excellency the Director General of the Health Council of the Gulf Cooperation Council, Mr. Sulaiman Al-Dakhil, participated in the activities of the Gulf-Jordanian Economic Communication Forum, in its third session, in the Jordanian capital, Amman, which was organized by the Jordan Chamber of Commerce, in cooperation with the Federation of Chambers of the Gulf Cooperation Council. With the support of the General Secretariat of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf.
His Excellency the Director General of the Council spoke during the second working session of the forum, which was titled (opportunities and environment for investment in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries), about the beginnings of the Council, its affiliation, mission and objectives. The four pillars (prevention, awareness, development, health support) were also discussed, and light was highlighted During the session on the Gulf Center for Disease Prevention and Control, Examination of Expatriates, Central Registration and Gulf Unified Procurement, he added in his talk about companies from the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in the central registration program, and their participation in the Gulf Unified Procurement Program.
At the end of the session, His Excellency the Director General of the Health Council of the Gulf Cooperation Council, Mr. Sulaiman Al-Dakhil, discussed the areas of cooperation and investment opportunities, either by benefiting from the expatriate examination program or increasing participation in the tenders of the unified procurement program and registering companies and products in the central registration program and exchanging best practices with the Gulf Center for Prevention From the deseases.
On the sidelines of the forum, Al-Dakhil stated that the forum constitutes a new building block in the continuation of the relations of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries with the brothers in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and that the forum is of great importance and was attended by many business owners and investors from the countries of the Cooperation Council for the Arab Gulf States and heads of federations and chambers of commerce, in addition to delegates from Gulf economic events and bodies, and that the forum, which was launched under the slogan (New Horizons for Economic and Investment Cooperation), is a bright station in the continuous historical cooperation between the GCC countries and Jordan.
